• We had them build a fence and they also put in some trees and some shrubs. They were quite good, I was very pleased on how thorough they were. They were noticing things that were a little hidden, they paid very good attention to littlest detail.

• Old bushes and shrubs were removed along with small stones that were impossible to clean around the perimeter of our swimming pool. A 400 square foot patio was installed with a fire pit and seating wall. The small stones were replaced with large river slicks and 20 new shrubs were added. They also replaced 3 rotten split rail fence posts and hung new wire on a section of the fence. I was so pleased with the work and the company. Scott was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I had an idea of what we wanted done, so Scott came out and gave us an estimate. After deliberation, we decided it was too expensive and were about to scrap the whole project. Scott came back out and gave us some options to make the project fit into our budget. Turns out, his "cheaper" ideas were better than what we planned in the first place. They started the project 2 days after we signed the contract. The work took 4 days to complete. His work crew was top notch, and my back yard has been completely transformed! I couldn't be happier.

• Built patio, retaining wall, firepit, relocated plants/shrubs, and installed lighting. Woodlands Landscaping came in and fixed a patio/retaining wall/firepit previously installed by an inferior landscaping company. My husband and I were very skeptical at first due to our experience with the other landscaping company. In the end, we couldn't be happier! Scott's design was far better that the existing layout. He incorporated new materials with the existing pavers to save on cost and the final product was incredible!! I would highly recommend this company!!!

• Re-designed a waterfall for our pond and replaced the stones/slate on the perimeter of the pond The crew were punctual on scheduled work day, the end result was different than I envisioned. I shared pictures of what I hoped to achieve in the beginning, I didn't expect the waterfall to be exactly like the pictures but something comparable. My conversation with Ginny was very helpful, what she promised was delivered. Matthew came out and we discussed in detail the differences, we looked at the pictures and he made excellent suggestions and was very kind and patient. Scott's crew came on Friday and re-worked the waterfall and it was everything I had expected. They offered additional suggestions as the day progressed, and was very patient as I placed plants and offered to plant my maple tree, end result a very satisfied customer. I felt bad about any misunderstanding there may have been but this company wanted Customer Satisfaction and in today's society as the customer we don't always feel it is about us. Woodlands staff went above and beyond and were very polite and professional during the 3 day process. Phone calls were returned timely and follow-up afterwards by Scott was appreciated. This company is highly recommended.

• They did some grading, put in a new sidewalk, widened the driveway, replaced two cracked retaining walls, installed a piece a fencing. It went well. The estimate was the final price which was very nice. They cleaned up very well. I would recommend them to anyone

• This work was result of structural engineer's recommendation for helping stabilize back corner of my house. Representative came out when it was convenient for me to give me an estimate on the work to be done. He even worked in some side work that I was considering. The estimate was reasonable: moving large camellia and Sasanqua from bed beside house to places that I designated; brought in top soil to build up at foundation even under the raised sunroom; scraping top clay soil off side bed and worked in top soil for me to put in shade garden; overseeding areas that were disturbed; and even putting down matting to keep erosion from occurring in a vulnerable area. I had to postpone the work for what amounted to almost two months as a cardinal decided to build a nest in the camellia that needed to be moved, then she decided "no" and then she changed her mind again and built (that's why it was 2 months rather than 2 - 3 weeks). When I finally called in to say work could proceed, they had no problems working me back into their schedule and did it without grumbling. Workers arrived late one evening to get started and returned until the work was complete to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire this company again. The water flows into the areas that water should flow and not up against my house (especially well as I had no problems with drainage when we had the almost two weeks for rain in September).

• Thank you both for having such a professional and friendly team.  They are very talented and treated our project as if they were working on their own.  I fully appreciated that as I watched them make tiny changes to remove imperfections, without any prompting.  Not all teams would do that, but your guys did not settle for “good enough”. With Scott's recommendations we were able to improve our inital concept of our patio and walkway which now includes a large sitting wall and lights to make our evenings even more enjoyable. Our winding walkway from our shed to the driveway ties the overall look together. Scott and Jenny were extremely responsive to all our questions and met all their commitments.
